We’ve reserved a block of 10 rooms at the Holiday Inn, University Area at 1901 Emmet Street. The special rate of $139 per room can be obtained by calling 434-977-7700 and referencing the Jaggers-Oldham block. You MUST call to book BEFORE JUNE 23, 2016 to get this rate. The hotel is pretty convenient — about 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to our house or downtown, and about 20 minutes to Meriwether Springs (the wedding venue).

You can, of course, opt for other places to stay. They will likely all be more (and even, perhaps much more) expensive. For more eclectic options, you might wish to look into Stay Charlottesville or AirBNB. The Omni Hotel is right on the downtown mall, or, if you’re in the mood for a fancy stay, there’s Keswick Hall. There are also a number of Bed and Breakfast inns, if you’re into that.

Our good friends and neighbors own this rental on Fiddlestick Lane, which is about as close to our house as you can get, if anyone is interested in staying there!
