Guests of the week: Kara and Scott Eastman
One of Seth’s life-long friends, Kara probably won’t be wearing a tie when you see her in July, but if you’d been in Charlottesville about 20 years ago you would have found her serving as Seth’s groomsman. Yeah, she’s a pretty good sport.
Kara is pretty much single-handedly saving the kids of Nebraska from lead poisoning and other environmental threats as the fearless leader of Omaha Healthy Kids Alliance, and she kept Seth from drinking the tap water or otherwise poisoning himself when they traveled to India for Eve’s wedding in 2012. Did we mention that her husband Scott is a Professor at Creighton University, and he plays guitar and sings for a punk rock band?
How Seth ended up with such cool friends is a mystery to all of us.
We are so excited that these fantastic friends and amazing people will be traveling all the way from Nebraska to celebrate with us.
